Equipped with advanced technologies and facilities, the company produce a series of spiral submerged are welded steel pipe with a total production capacity of 100,000 ton's per annum. As a key steel pipe manufacturer in south china, the company, which occupies a total land area of 120,000 sqm, equipped with 3 spiral welded pipe mills and one high strength coating line which are introduced from Germany and Australia. Together with well-equipped testing facilities, the company consistenly provides high quality steel pipes the meet the needs of the customer and the highest international standards, e.g. API-5L, BS3601, JIS A5525, GB/T97.11, SY/T5037, SY/T5040 etc. The steel pipe products vary from outside diameter 219mm to 2440mm and the wall thickness from 5mm to 20mm, which are widely used in water supply projects, port infrastructure, oil and gas transportation, power industry, civil engineering, urban construction, and so on. Moreover, the company is strategically located at the estuary of the Pearl River and the Zhongshan Port; barges can easily berth for loading and unloading up to 2000 tons which are of advantages in service the Hong Kong, Macao and South-east Asia markets as well as the domestic infrastructure projects. ·Quality Management System Our company actively carries out total quality management and makes great progress in carrying out ISO9001 system and Its quality bas been ensured, We have been acquired JISA5530 and JIS 5525 quality certificates for steel pipe piles in August 1997. Our company is the first one which has got the production license for spiral submerged arc welding steel pipe which are used for ordinary fluid transportation pipes in the same field of Guang Dong Province in June 1998. Our company has been accredited with ISO 9001:2000 in April 2001. To meet the market's demand from at home and abroad, the company will further strengthen and improve testing ways, and has equipped x-ray tester and ultrasonic tester on line system.
